Poploom – Terms of Use

By downloading or using Poploom (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Poploom is provided for entertainment purposes. You agree to use the App in compliance with applicable laws, Apple’s terms, and these Terms of Use.

2. Game Center

Poploom may use Apple Game Center for global leaderboards. Apple manages Game Center services and availability. We are not responsible for interruptions, outages, account issues, or service limitations related to Apple Game Center.

Global Leaderboards: If you use global leaderboard features, you consent to submitting your gameplay scores and best streaks to Apple Game Center for ranking and display. Your Game Center nickname and ranking may be visible to other players.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use cheats, exploits, automation, or modifications to manipulate gameplay or rankings
Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App except where permitted by law
Use the App in a way that disrupts or harms the App or other users’ experiences
Attempt to submit fraudulent scores or manipulate Game Center rankings

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its content, code, gameplay design, visual style, and branding, is owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Scores, streaks, rankings, progress, and Game Center availability are not guaranteed.

6. Changes

We may update or change the App at any time to improve performance, fix issues, add features, update leaderboards, or adjust gameplay.
