These Platform Policies apply to all use of LegacyLoop, including vault content, documents, account guidance, trusted contacts, beneficiary settings, emergency access workflows, messages, support requests, and account activity.

LegacyLoop may allow users to store sensitive personal information. Users should avoid uploading information they are not authorized to store or share. Users should keep separate copies of important records outside of LegacyLoop.

Users may delete their account where supported by the app. Account deletion is intended to remove the account and associated user-controlled content from active systems, subject to technical, legal, security, backup, fraud-prevention, support, and compliance limitations.

LegacyLoop may use automated systems, security rules, and support review to protect the Service. We may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts or content when we believe there is abuse, fraud, illegal activity, security risk, or a violation of these policies.

7. Support and Reporting

Users can contact support for account issues, deletion issues, access problems, suspected abuse, or privacy questions. To help investigate, include your Legacy ID, account email, device model, iOS version, and a detailed description of the issue.

8. Enforcement

Enforcement may include warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension, account termination, preservation of evidence, or disclosure where required or permitted by law.

LegacyLoop does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, estate planning, emergency, or professional advice. Users should consult qualified professionals for decisions involving legal documents, estates, finances, medical care, emergency planning, or end-of-life planning.
